Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

1) "Decode As" functionality is limited. Cannot select arbitrary dissector for
use in available lists through UI (it is possible through Lua).
2) It is sometimes necessary to direct sub-dissection through more complex
means than just a single value (e.g. port number).

Solutions
1)  Add "More Protocols" dialog listing as many available dissectors as
possible and allows them to be selected.
Add a button to "Decode As" that displays "More Protocols" dialog and adds
selected dissectors to current list in "Decode As".
2) Add functionality that passes a packet to a dissector if it matches a
display filter
