Yes, the problem still exists in Wireshark 0.99.5.  tshark will never
terminate.

If the same arguments are passed to wireshark, it terminates, but it now sets
the number of ring buffers to two, instead of leaving it unset which is
interpreted as unlimited.  Also, the -w argument is ignored and is cleared for
succeeding captures when set graphically.
