When you capture a new set of packets on the same network interface, the right
hand scroll bar for the upper most pane showing the packets is not updated
correctly.

The scroll bar does not cover the new capture buffer range and does not show
all
of the packets captured when the new capture buffer is longer than the first.
The panel does not appear to update its range.

This can be circumvented by re-sizing the panel by dragging the divisor between
the upper packet panel and the middle packet break down panel either up or
down.
