When I use the old build:
Build Information:
Version 0.99.4 (SVN Rev 19757),
The parameter value of the mediadescriptor (localcontrol & local descriptor) in
the H248 message can be decoded. After I reported the bug in that build about
the termination ID, then I downloaded the new build. In this new build, the bug
about termination ID has been solved. But now the parameter values of the
mediadescriptor which previously be decoded in the old build cannot be decoded
here in the new build
