It appears that IBM's HPR/IP (Enterprise Extender ports 12000-12004) are NOT
decoded properly when the DSAP is x'C8'.  Those packets are simply decoded as
LLC frames.  This was a problem with an earlier version of Ethereal, that was
resolved about 2 years ago.  I was unable to find this bug reported on the bug
report site.  I hope I haven't wasted your time. I can recreate this problem
anytime.  I can provide captures, if you require them.
