To replicate:
- Capture some packets.
- Click one of the column headings in the packet list to sort, such as Info. 
Packet list is sorted correctly by Info column.
- Select a packet.  Right-click and pick "Follow TCP Stream."  
- Close out of Follow TCP Stream window.
- Although the Info column heading has the down arrow (indicating sort order),
the list is sorted in the order the packets were received.
- Click Clear on the Filter line.  The Info heading still indicates that the
packets should be sorted by the Info column, but they're sorted by received
order.
