I understand that RFC1157/RFC1155 indicate that the agent address field should
be a 4 byte address however, the device that is sending the trap with the IPv6
address in the agent address is a Cisco router.  We opened a ticket with Cisco
regarding this, and they stated that they plan to continue doing this.  Given
that the leading networking hardware vender is going to be doing this it is
probably work modify the dissector to support this.
