Reproduces the desegmentation issue

What you will see in this capture file is the initial BitTorrent protocol
handshake followed by 2 BT_PIECE packets. Only the first packet is properly
dissected... the second packet is not since the "minimal header" is split
across two TCP segments.

I tested against wireshark 0.99.2 from Debian Testing.

I am not really that familiar with BitTorrent protocol. However the initial
handshake is enough to get WS to figure out that it is BitTorrent. If the Perl
script I wrote to generate this traffic is of use, let me know. I suspect it is
not particularly useful, the .cap is sufficient to repro the bug.
