Please add to mergecap the ability to get its input file list from a text file.
Sometimes I need to merge more file than the maximum command line size allows
for. Moreover, I get the file list from a program in a text file, and each
filenames is on its own line. The syntax could be something alike @<infile> to
tell mergecap the file contains the file list.
