The name for binary encoded megaco is H.248 and it's supported (it
even keeps track of contexts and terminations). But there is no
binding to UDP (and it has no knowlege of RTP terminations), if you
send in a capture file with some GCP/UDP I might add it in short time.

If you send in the signalling for an entire call and few packets of
media (RTP) I might be able to add the handling of RTP terminations as
well.
