Well, this is old code, and must confess that I'm not sure about it's
precise behaviour at the moment. My current assessment: WinPcap still
works, but we may see some unusable IrDA entry in the list of available
interfaces. I think what's missing is a detection for the IrCOMM2k
capturing device.

I always planned to submit some patch to WinPcap, but I wanted to clean
things a bit up first. For now I'm definitely lacking time for the
required updates (i.e. at least an upgrade to 3.1 final). But if there
is real interest to address this and maybe do the missing steps, I would
try to support everyone the best I can.
