AFAIK These cards (at least those I've played with) have common UARTs
and use PPP to connect, so In windows you should be able to capture
from NDIS_WAN as you would do with a normal modem call. (you'll see
the IP traffic the windows machine sends/receives).
If you want to use it as an air sniffer just forget about it, the
GSM/GPRS chipsets they have are consumer-grade that means they get
their channel and just stick to it. You won't even see the air
interface's control not even for itself. A system that actually does
air sniffing on GSM/GPRS networks costs at least three zeros more than
a consumer-grade GPRS card. And, AFAIK, in most countries these are
sold omnly to law-enforcement agencies (I'm aware of Italy and UK).
