What stuff should link to it, so you can find that from the front page? A section on reading capture files might be small, at present, as most capture file formats might Just Work, although notes on how to produce, for example, some of the text-format dumps from ISDN routers might be useful as well.
There might already be some information for all the other capture file formats as well, like if there's write support (some formats are read only), timestamp resolution, infos and links to specs of the programs usually using this format, ...
I'm currently thinking of FileFormats, CaptureFiles or CaptureFileFormats linked from the front page ...
