That might also have upgraded WinPcap to the final 3.1 version.

Presumably you mean "net 10" or "net 10.0.0.0" or something such as 
that; "net 10.x" is not a valid capture filter.

Try downloading WinDump:

	http://www.winpcap.org/windump/

and see what it does.  If it behaves the same (which it probably will), 
try un-installing WinPcap and re-installing WinPcap 3.1:

	http://www.winpcap.org/install/default.htm

and see if that fixes the problem.  If not, try reporting this to the 
WinPcap developers:

	http://www.winpcap.org/contact.htm
