Dear Sirs,
I had a problem trying to download LIMEWIRE PRO update to my PC, and got the NSIS error, so when looking for answers via google, found an unclosed issue on your list :

Hmmm, if you have trouble downloading LIMEWIRE PRO, why do you ask the Ethereal mailing list?!? Go and ask the LIMEWIRE PRO mailing list or their customer support or whatever. *If* there is a problem with the LIMEWIRE PRO installer, that development team should be notified so they can fix it and not the Ethereal community.

I downloaded Ethereal 0.10.10 ´but I canr install. There is a NSIS error dialogbox says:

"The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete"

Hmmm, when your installer is telling you, that it's corrupted or incomplete, well, it's likely that it's corrupted or incomplete. Try downloading it again.

How can I solve that problem

/Roger

I can now state that I found the answer at another site, so thought it might be good to advise your user of same advice that solved the problem: It sounds like your Windows Installer might have become corrupted. You could try clearing your browser cache and downloading again, but I imagine that if it's happening regularly then this method won't work. You could also try downloading and installing the latest Windows Installer (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=889482FC-5F56-4A38-B838-DE776FD4138C&displaylang=en <http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=889482FC-5F56-4A38-B838-DE776FD4138C&displaylang=en>) from Microsoft.

The Windows Installer is completely unrelated here, as it's used to install .msi files, but NSIS uses simple .exe files.
