Hello,

I have a computer1 that is running some DICOM services (e.g sending an image to a remote host not Laptop1).

I don't want to install the ethereal software on this computer.  I want to install the ethereal on another computer (e.g a Laptop1).

Laptop1 is connected to the same network as computer1.  How can I configure Ethereal on Laptop1 to capture the packets going to out from computer1 NIC?

The ethereal on Laptop1 only knows the Laptop1's NIC, it does not let me select the computer1 NIC on the interface UI.

I tried using the i option to specify computer1 NIC (interface) from the command line when starting up ethereal,  but it does not seem to recognize or detect it.

Thanks

Wayne.
