I'm looking for a free tool that will record UDP datagrams off a
network, store them to a file, and play them back (re-send them out on
the network) both in 'real-time" and perhaps step mode where you can
re-send  each packet one at a time by clicking a button.  Does
ethereal do this? what tools can do this or do I have to write my own?
