Probably a WinPcap bug; report it to the WinPcap developers (if you're 
running WinPcap 3.0 or an earlier version, you might want to try 
un-installing it, and installing 3.1 beta 4; *definitely* report any 
problems you see with that to the WinPcap developers, so they can try to 
fix them before the final 3.1 release).
