ASN.1 is an encoding method, not a protocol.

There is no protocol ASN.1 in ethereal.

There are many many protocols in ethereal that use ASN.1 though :
H.248, H225, H.245, Kerberos, LDAP, SNMP, PKIX, X.509, ...
