Run in the application 'Terminal'

sudo chmod uog+r /dev/bpf?

You have to do this after each restart of the OS.

Hey

I have some problems with OSX, when I want to capture data I get his

Do you have some advice for me ?

Which is not particularly direct.
MacOS is a BSD variant, and as such you need write access to /dev/bpf*.
Either run ethereal as super-user or give yourself write access to
those device files. A Mac user (Guy?) might pop up to say how that's
done, but the hints would be "chmod" and "chown".
