To Whom This May Concern:

My network has been filled with Dell servers running on Broadcom and
Intel NICs.  Server communication is being reported as slow.  When
putting Ethereal to capture packets, I am seeing enormous amount of
"broadcast" with "Intel ANS Probe" protocol.

I have done some research on Dell and Intel website without much
detail information to determine whether this is a major concern or
not.  Would appreciate your expert opinion.
