I installed Version 0.10.9 of Ethereal and  WinPcap 3.0.  I cannot get 
Ethereal to capture packets.  I've removed and reinstalled both packages 
remembering that an earlier version required WinPcap to be installed and 
activated prior to using Ethereal.  Your help would be greatly appreciated!
