Hi,
capture filters uses a different syntax from display filters see
http://wiki.ethereal.com/CaptureFilters , so you can't limit your capture to "skinny" or h225".

Best regards
Anders

Subject: [Ethereal-users] Ethereal, giving parse error while using
'skinny' or 'h225'

Hi ,

I was trying to sniff "skinny" and "h225" protocol in the Ethereal software.
But when i write skinny or h225 in the capture filter ( like I write TCP or
UDP), Ethereal gives parsing error.

Although bith protocols are checked in the Enabled protocol listing, in
Ethereal.

Please help me that how to use these protocols in Ethereal, like any setting
has to be changed or any other configuration.

Regards,
Amit
