I recently received a DSS capture file from one of my service providers and when I opened it side by side Comparing Ethereal to Sniffer Pro, I noticed the time/date stamp in Ethereal was off by 4 days and a few hours.  In addition, the time tics needed to be multiplied by 2.86 in Ethereal to get the correct seconds offset. (relative and delta time)

 

I think Ethereal needs an updated Network Associates file format decoder to cover the changes in their format.  FYI.
