Hi,

I am using the current version 0.10.6 of ethereal under
windows xp pro (german) with service pack 2.

Since a few days, I get the following error messages,
when trying to start a trace:
Can't get list of interfaces: PacketGetAdapterNames

The list of interfaces is empty ... 

One day it still worked and I did the following in the
evening, whereafter this behaviar occured.

- I installed a bluetooth driver and along with it
   a bluetooth network adapter
- I configured the wlan adapter ot run in a peer2peer
  mode. Before there were several configurations, but
  all with infrastructure networks.

After that, ethereal doesn't find any interfaces ...

then I uninstalled ethereal and installed it again
then I uninstallaed the bluetooth software
then I uninstalled the wlan adapter driver
then I reinstalled service pack 2

So now, I have no idea where to look and what to do.
Maybe someone can help?!
