Here at Manas University in Bishkek,
Kirgizistan, we would very much like to obtain a zipped version of the binary
file of your latest Ethereal release for the Windows environment. This software
and its excellent documentation will be used as an instructional tool for senior
year students taking Computer Networks course.
Due to telecommunications infrastucture
difficulties of our former Soviet Republic, we suffer from certain limitations
to our ability to download large files and it is a university regulation to
prevent students from polluting our computing environment with unwarranted and
unregulated (.exe) downloads to our lab equipment.
Is it possible for you to make an exception and
kindly provide us with a zipped version of the latest release for download from
your main site at www.ethereal.com.
