Your answer is not VNC - go to winpcap.polito.it, and read about
rpcap. It works flawlessly for me.

Hi there, i have 3 remote machines with tethereal installed on each
one. To capture packets locally i used VNC and i established an ssh
session for each server and then start the capture files for each
machine.
  
The problem is that that process has a high bandwidth usage, almost
the 99% of it, so i have to cancel that method.
  
I want to know how can i capture tethereal files remotely using a low
bandwith and no affect the service on each server.
