The H.450.1-12 standards use only local/INTEGER opcodes.
But mentioned decode problem are caused with global/OID opcode (1.2.826.0.1.1907195.1).
It seems to be some proprietary H.450 operation.

If unknown H.450 operation argument is decoded then it should be decoded as unknown Open Type (i.e. like an OCTET STRING) and it should not stop decoding and report error.
I will try to fix it till next release.

I have unfortunately not been able to locate any H.450.1 specifications that
are freely available which makes it difficult for me to look into what
the dissection problem is.

Does anyone know of whether any freely available versions of the
h.450.1 asn1 specification has been published?

Ronnie,
Thanks for this, unfortunately I do not have anything that can
decode the H.225 output anymore than this (one of the reasons that I
use Ethereal). I have attached an example trace to this mail.
