Unfortunately it's often the company policy that employees
MUST switch on their out-of-office if thay are not reachable
for more than one day. Banning those users would not be a
sympathetic move.

My sugestion is that the out-of-office messages are filtered
out by the mail exploder. That could be done by looking at the
email message headers (one hint: subject line entirely changed).
