Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] command box (dos) pops up with error message; closing box close

When I start up ethereal, a dos box pops up with the following error message:

 

 

(ethereal-ca pture:3312): Gdk-WARNING **: gdkdrawable-win32.c:1591: BitBlt failed

: The handle is invalid.

 

If I close the box, ethereal closes as well.  If I leave it alone, ethereal seems to work fine.  How can I get rid of it?
