Be aware that not everybody who reads the Ethereal mailing list has
software that can read those documents.  It's best to send error messages
as plain text, not as screenshots - and if you *must* send them as
screenshots, it's probably best to send them as GIFs or JPEGs, as people
are more likely to have software that can read those formats than they are
to read Windows BMP files or Word documents.  I happened to read it on a
machine where I have such software, but that's just luck....
