By default, the "Time" column shows the time difference in seconds
between the first packet and the current packet.  This can be changed in
 the preferences (Edit->Preferences->Columns).

This means that 0.47 seconds elapsed between the first and second
packets.  The capture may have been started (when you hit the "OK"
button) some time earlier.
