Um, I forget (I don't use windows).

If you have Net-SNMP installed on windows, then try running

snmptranslate -Dparse -IR system

That will show you *way* too much output for what you're looking for,
but in it should be where it is looking for MIBs.  Also, a simple
find-files-or-folders for "IP-MIB.txt" will show you the right
directory too.
