Wireshark · Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] cut and pasting or saving packets from a log

I need to send a part of a capture from a log file to someone else to look at who does not have Ethereal. How can I cut and past part of the log or save it as a ASCII hex dump that is readable by a text editor.
