Craig,
0.10.3 is the latest version. Assuming that you have the required libs
installed you can compile the source code by your own. There are no
patches or whatsoever required to get it working on Mac OS X.

Updated gcc to 3.3 by installing 10.3 Dev Tools.
Then did an update-all - fink did lots of stuff for half an hour but i
didnt pay too much attention - but the package hasn't changed.
Is 0.10.3 latest or not?
