Dear Sir,

I have been using Ethereal for some time to analysis network traffic, and I
believe it to be one of the most effective tool available. I've found that
after upgrading to version 0.10.3, I now cannot open some files that I used
to be able to open with version 0.10.2. The error message is "file tvbuff.c:
line 692: assertion failed: (tvb->initialized)". I've uninstalled 0.10.3 and
re-installed 0.10.2 and the file could be opened with no problem.

The file was a 382MB gzipped capture file (IP captured using tethereal), and
I'm using Windows NT 4.0.

Do I need any special configuration, or is there a bug in the new version?
