H323 protocol capturesEthereal should capture and dissect h323 fine.

Note that ethereal can not capture anything at all from dialup ppp links no
matter what protocols are used, h.323 or other.

Also note that there is no protocol called h.323 so tehre wont be anything
in the trace marked as h.323

H.323 is a family of protocols used for voip.  When captured and dissected
you should see a bunch
of h225 h245 rtp and possibly other protocols as well. these packets are
part of h.323.

Hello,
I have just downloaded the Ethereal 0.10.2 onto my desktop, and am trying to
use it to capture a few H.323 packets. Somehow I am not seeing them from the
traces.
Curious if there are additional plug-ins that I need to install in order for
Ethereal to be able to capture and display them?
