Windows CE (I can't reach the winpcap.polito.it site to check right

Probably, given the existence of:

although note that both of those are, I think, intended for Linux, as 
Windows doesn't have a standard way to let you put 802.11 cards into 
monitor mode (Zethereal is *definitely* intended for Linux, as that's 
the native OS of the Sharp Zaurus).

Note also that Zethereal's GUI is different from Ethereal's - the 
design of a UI for a handheld computer is likely to be different from 
the design of a UI for a desktop computer, as the handheld has a 
smaller screen.
