What platform are you using? unix or w32?

Can you compile ethereal for your platform or do you use precimpiled
binaries?
If so, can you generate a stack bactrace for the crash and post here
so we can see where in the code the crash happens.

Can you try to disable DCERPC in edit/protocols before you load the capture
and see if this
stops ethereal from crashing.

In order to start tracking down and squashing this bug, could you
try to reduce the size of the capture using editcap to remove/split-the
capture in half
until it is reasonable small and workable.

Perhaps, can you try running tethereal on teh capture and see if this
also crashes, then load the capture into a different tool like tcpdump or
snoop or windump
and see whether this crashes as well.
If the other tool does not crash, can you describe what the packets
immediately following the last one displayed
by tethereal looks like.
Like what protocol, which tcp/udp ports etc.
