Miha Jemec sent one a few days to the ethereal-dev list. You can find it here.

If you have the H.323-plugin installed (www.voice2sniff.org, unfortunately only for Windows) you will see H.323 signalling and RTP decoded automatically, otherwise you may have to mark one of the UDP packets and use Tools/Decode As... and
select RTP as protocol as described in FAQ 5.19 http://www.ethereal.com/faq.html#q5.19
Then after that you can mark one of the RTP packets and select Tools/Statitics/RTP Analysis...


I have also attached a capture to this mail (only with RTP packets in one direction).
You'll have to use the Tools/Decode As.../RTP for that one since it's just the RTP packets that are captured.
Then after that you can mark one of the RTP packets and select Tools/Statitics/RTP Analysis...
