Unfortunately, the embedded object containing the screenshot (or
whatever it was) showing the startup problem got discarded, I suspect,
by Exchange when it gatewayed the mail to the Internet, so we don't know
what the error was.

The best way to send a window system error (whether it's Windows, X, or
whatever) is to send it as text, rather than as a screenshot.
