Title: Windows 2000: MEGACO support in 0.9.9?

The release notes for 0.9.9 say that support has been added for MDSHDR, MEGACO, MySQL, SDLC, and X.29.  However when I click on Add _expression_, MEGACO does not appear as a choice in the Field Name pane of the Filter Expression window, as do other four newly supported protocols.  H.248 does not show up either.  Am I missing something here?
