Yes, a machine with a multi-threaded processor probably looks like an MP
machine to the OS; if, as I suspect is the case, the OS is Windows NT
("Windows 2000" is NT 5.0, and "Windows .NET Server" is, I think, either
NT 5.1 or NT 5.2), so that WinPcap would be used, WinPcap won't work.
