I just installed WinPcap 3.0. and ethereal 0.9.7 on a Windows XP Prop SP 1 system.

The instant I select capture, the application crashes – trying to write to address 0x4 from 77f52b6a.

 

Is there anything that I can do to provide additional information concerning the configuration or help you determine the cause of the bomb.
