Ethereal would have no problems capturing the stream. . . .  The problem is
identifying the stream.  Most protocols that use RTP (or a flavor thereof)
negotiate the port internally.  (Kinda like FTP does).

So, for example, if you're doing voice over ip using SIP+RTP, inside the
SIP conversation, it would specify what ports the RTP would be sent/received
on. 

Since dissectors are called based on protocol/port . . I don't see this being 
implemented any time soon.  (I can't think of any easy way to do it.  Can
anyone else?)
