You should be sending that information to the WinPcap developers, after
making sure that WinDump can't see the adapter either.

The WinPcap developers may read this list, but WinPcap problems *should*
be reported directly to them by mailing to
"winpcap-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx", as the WinPcap support page:

to which the FAQ on not seeing interfaces:

says, not by mailing "ethereal-users" or "ethereal-dev" - other than the
WinPcap developers, none of us know what the information you sent
indicates.
