Hi Mike.
No I have not find any little nice win32 utility that can resolve a MAC address into a IP address.
If you (or anyone else) will have any luck getting any such thing, I would really appreciate if you could notify me.
What I did come up with (I dont know if that is any help for you) is to ping the broadcast address at the subnet or the different subnets at our LAN and se the results in the arp cache of all resolved MAC addresses or to monitoring all ping replies in Etheral.
If you filter your Etheral to the specific MAC address you will easily see which IP address the device is responding from.
That is if you know that the specific MAC address is at the same subnet that you are or that you know which subnet it is located at and ping that specific subnets broadcast address.
I hope that this might be usefull to your problem.
