What happens if you square the circle with compass and straightedge? :-)

The problem is that there's no mechanism in Tethereal for disabling
decoding of protocols; the change to add support for disabling decoding
of protocols didn't include a change to specify that on the command
line, or to save a list of encoded and decoded protocols to a file.
