At the moment, no. You can only capture from the first one. This is a
problem of Windows 9x and not of winpcap. Fixing it requires a non
neglegible work on the packet driver, which I'm not able to do in the short
period.

What does 'windump -D' returns?
I suspect that the 3 interfaces are identical, and that windows gives to
each of them the same name.
