I don't know if WinPcap 2.0 is still downloadable, so you'll
need to download and install WinPcap 2.1 from:

http://netgroup-serv.polito.it/winpcap/install/default.htm

For Win32 binaries that make use of WinPcap 2.1, download
and execute:

http://www.xiexie.org/ethereal/ethereal-setup-20010404.exe

This version of Ethereal is labelled as "0.8.16", but it's
really the contents of the CVS archive as of 2001/04/04.

The next version of Ethereal will be released soon, and
when it is, then ethereal-setup-VERSION.exe will be
available on the Ethereal website.
